What we collect
- No accounts. No login and no worker profiles.
- Message box submissions. If you use the contact form, we collect category, message text, optional email, page path, and locale.
- Abuse-prevention metadata. To protect the inbox, we store hashed technical identifiers derived from IP and user agent.
- No attachments in v1. The message box accepts text only.
How long we keep it
Message records are retained for up to 180 days for response handling, moderation, and trend review, then removed by automated expiry.
How data is used
Submitted messages are used to answer worker questions and maintain professional site communications. This channel is not for emergencies.
Third-party services
Message intake infrastructure may use Cloudflare services (Workers, Turnstile, D1, KV, Queues) and Postmark email delivery, alongside standard hosting logs for security and performance.
